The service
Pickleball Tactics measures your Pickleball IQ (PQ) with a psychometric test built on the Tactics book series, analyzes your decisions in a personal dashboard, and publishes a daily worksheet problem. Scores are model-based estimates of decision quality, provided for training and education; they are not a guarantee of match results. By creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The printed and digital books are sold through Payhip and Amazon, whose terms also apply to those purchases.
Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one player. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard; deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Membership plans and prices
- Monthly : US$9.99 per month, renewing monthly.
- Annual : US$79 per year, renewing yearly.
- Founding Lifetime : US$199 once, no renewals, limited to the first 100 buyers.
- Free tier : the PQ test, your score and band, and the daily scene, at no charge.
Features may improve and evolve over time. If a price changes, we will email members with reasonable notice before the new price applies to their next renewal, and the old price stands until then.
Billing and auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, and the renewal is charged to the payment method on file. Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout where applicable. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it, and access can be paused until payment succeeds.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. The fastest way is the Manage billing button in your dashboard (Plan & Billing), which opens the secure Stripe customer portal: there you can update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel. You can also cancel by writing to support@pickleball-tactics.com from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep full access until that date, and no further charges are made. Founding Lifetime memberships have no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Refund policy
- First purchase. If the membership is not for you, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Renewals. If a subscription renews and you did not mean to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that charge.
- Founding Lifetime. Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase; after that window the one-time founders' purchase is final.
- Errors. Duplicate charges, charges made in error, and any charge after a cancellation that had already taken effect are always refunded in full.
To request a refund, email support@pickleball-tactics.com or use the contact page from your account email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Badge milestone discount codes are single-use, personal, and have no cash value.
Fair use
Do not scrape the service, copy its test content or worksheets for resale, share an account for commercial use, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the scoring systems. Membership content is licensed for your personal training use. DUPR IDs and ratings shown in the service are self-reported by members; Pickleball Tactics is not affiliated with or endorsed by DUPR.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and email members before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
